Santam Insurance Shame on You

My daughter has a 2006 Renault Clio, an accident accured at Labori High School with a Labori vehicle and the school is insured with Santam. This was not in any way her fault, this is undisputed. Santam have taken forever to settle, and now they doing a dirty, unvaluing her car and making it impossible for her to fix or look at purchasing anything to get her around. Is it not the responsibility of Santam to make her whole, is that not why insurance exits. They wont fix the vehicle and have valued it at R27000, disgusting to say the least when her insurer Auto and General valued it at R40000. Please do not insure you car with Santam, 105 years of good and proper insurance I think not. How does an insurance company work in this way and think they can get away with it. My legal officer was Mogamat Marlie. I am dissapointed and did not this from a company like Santam. Stay away they dont meet their responsibilities as promoted.
