Santam Insurance really disappointed me

Received a quote from Santam Insurance a month ago. Called back today to accept the quote, which is 31 days later and the quote was to expire at the end of the day today. I could not reach the consultant, Lexson Jacobs, who offered me the quote.. I was told that he is working from home, so I asked Wonder to email him, requesting him to return my call, since Wonder refused to activate the policy at the price quoted, stating that it had expired. I pointed out that today was technically the last day in which I could accept since the quote would expire at the end of the day, but he refused to accept that. I asked him if I could speak to someone senior so as to escalate/query this. He told me that there were no seniors/managers available to speak to. I thought it strange that there were no seniors available to address consumer queries. Nonetheless, I asked him to email a senior member, requesting that they contact me. Up until now (the close of business) I have not heard back from anyone at Santam Insurance. I wanted to cancel my existing policy in order to move over to them, but this is rather disheartening.... Including the fact that I was not allowed to activate the policy on the last day of the offer.
