Santam Insurance Pathetic Response Accounts

This is now my only option since I’ve been struggling since yesterday for my cash payment to be confirmed and allocated to my policy??? Now I am told I have to wait till Monday for feedback as everyone knocked off already. Yet another weekend and still the ****** items have not been replaced??? When it comes to selling insurance you make lots of promises, but now with service delivery claim stage it’s an endless struggle??? After this review I am switching my insurance with immediate effect!!!!!
