Santam Insurance Operators

What I thought was a chip on my windscreen due to a stone hitting it, I contacted Santam Insurance, the operator asked me about the event, put me in contact with a local glass fitment centre and sorted all necessary paperwork the same day. Turns out no repair is needed and to withdraw the claim was simply another fall call and the operator assisted spectacularly.
