Santam- insurance, NOT GOOD AND PROPER!
Dear Mr Jean Viljoen,
I have just ended an MS TEAMS meeting with your subordinate, Alexander Palivili.
I need to lodge a complaint against the disgusting and undermining attitude of Alexander while conversing with me telephonically thus far.
First, I DO NOT appreciate the fact that from the first telephonic conversation of Alexander that he made snide comments alluding to ***** and *******ion.
In our conversation around lunch time this afternoon he wanted to me to give him an immediate response based on two marks on my bumper. He was insisted I respond to the matter even though I requested to see the evidence to responded to. This after indicating that he must take my response to the ***** Committee on Friday morning.
Again this afternoon he was undermining as he will not answer my question to the quantum of my claim. To be quite honest I havent heared the amount of the claim from Santam as yet. If the claim was under R5000 I would do the repairs myself. Be that as it may, he refused to answer my question of the quantum of the claim, including insinuating that there are other damages to the vehicle but it cannot be pointed out at the moment. Now thats some serious allegation that you see other damages but cannot point it out.
It seems that your subordinate is *****-Committee happy and want to establish ***** and *******ion at all costs on the part of myself. I must answer him why Im claiming for a bumper that has been damaged while he alleges that there are other damages aswell, but just cannot point it out.
I would appreciate if someone more mature can contact me that will not make snide and sneer comments under their breathe everytime they call me. As you will most probably hear from this last meeting I ended, Alexander must not come with allegations he cannot sustain and demand a response from me with the threat of having to have an answer for the *****/ Forensic Audit Committee.
I want to state that I refuse to answer or further engage your undermining subordinate. One does not, from the first telephonic conversation, make preemptive allegations.
I am open for further discussion, as I have been so far on this matter, however, your subordinate can run to whichever Committee and tell them I REFUSED to engage or answer him because he has a DISGUSTING attitude. In the corporate world you do not tell a customer you will not answer them unless they answer you first. I wanted to enquire more information before answering, but your subordinate refused to do so.
Im just gatvol of SANTAM.
