Santam insurance not good.

I am very disappointed in Santam. I made an accident with my car polo vivo. I put in a claim. The 1st guy assisted me rather quick and politely. It was handed over to the next person who deals with the 2nd part. I haven't received 1 phone call or response from him (Bahle Mvimbi). I am very disappointed. I thought Santam was the best insurance but not with this service.
