Santam Insurance not giving joy!

We are struggling to get our Windscreen fixed after it's been hit with a golf ball on 23 August 2013 in Irene. When you phone to follow up on the claim, I am first being told I need to obtain quotes and then it is not authorized yet. I have to go to Cape Town tomorrow with my vehicle... This is very frustrating! How can I resolve this?
