Santam Insurance is useless

I was very nicely marketed by the rep to get Santam house structure insurance. Then when I had a problem with my oven, they took over 2 weeks, then said wear and tear on element. Yet element comes on then trips after few minutes. So it's not the element. This happened after it blew up. Now they don't want to cover. SO DON'T GET FOOLED BY THEIR SALES PEOPLE. I SHOULD HAVE RATHER CHOSEN ANOTHER INSURANCE COMPANY. The oven blew up so that is part of the structure, its build in, now full of dam excuses. RATE IT USELESS WASTE OF MONEY.
