Santam Insurance is time players.

<p>I am so.....i don't even have the correct words to say how i'm feeling.</p> <p>I have put in a claim with Santam for my car being involved with a accident.</p> <p>I went to the panelbeaters for assesment and they have sent 4 requests already for a shell whatever that is but Santam has no response at all.</p> <p>It is now longer than 2weeks and no answer even after i phoned them twice.</p> <p>But they are fast to tell me i am losing my bonus.</p> <p>So i wonder how long will it take to decide before my car get fixed...???</p>
