SANTAM INSURANCE IS *******

I had a car accident sometime in November 2019 the person who hit has insurance with santam and i do not have insurance, the other driver promised to pay for the damages but until today I've been getting a run around from santam. all document were submitted but to this day i still haven't received any response.
