Santam insurance is like playing a slot machine.

Santam took 3 weeks to send out an accessor. In the interim I had the repairs done and when the accessor came he made his own conclusion of what was damage and what wasn’t. They paid me 1/3 of my claim based on there inability to come out on time to view the damages. If they now claim the photos I sent them did not show the damages clearly. This is weeks the accessor came out. I have now lost out 2/3 of my claim based on there inability to handle the claim correctly.
