Santam insurance is ***** business

I have been insured with Santam for many years and gave notice of cancellation of my policy in December 2024 . My policy was paid in full for the month of December 2024 and I received no refund. My one truck had an accident and they approved a breakdown to tow my vehicle (Claim no ***) It is now 11 Feb 2025 and after having paid R8192.05 for my December policy amount they are not honouring my claim .
