Santam Insurance Incompetency

My wife was involved in a MVA last week Monday which was caused by a third party. Santam only sent me an e-mail asking for a review and I did not give then good rating - no reply. I then proceeded to go to Santam's offices in Bellville today and spoke to a Farrell Abrahams, who informed me that Santam had not appointed an assessor. He then proceeded to tell me he was going to arrange a courtesy vehicle with his supervisor, Gareth Simons who just point blank refuses. Gareth then tells me there is an issue with the towing contractor and they wont release the vehicle because Santam has not paid them. Worst experience I have ever had. I would choose a negative rating if you had negative stars. I also asked to see Hein Visser who is apparently the head of the claims department and after talking to his PA then got told he was not there - which I personally do not believe.
