Santam Insurance fails yet again!!!

I have been insured with Santam Insurance for years, and let me just say they are not cheap! So with the price tag you expect delivery and professional service. I had an issue with my gate, so had a guy do an analysis to see what the problem was and surprise it was load shedding. So knowing Santam insures for load shedding issues, I put my claim through. Santam sent an assessor, only to tell me that it was not load shedding, the gate is faulty due to corrosion. This is the second claim I had lodged only to get disregarded, what exactly am I paying for if this is going to be their attitude????The claims manager Mahir, is a rude adamant individual who spoke to me with no professionalism, unfortunately they are too quick to debit your funds but too slow in actually rendering a professional service. Disappointed and will be taking my business else where!!!
