Santam Insurance Dpc legal department

I am so discussed with how things are handled with regards to my claim, Santam is advertising themselves as the best and most professional but my experience is not.

I am claiming against one of their client who drove into my car over a stop sign with their truck. First the claim was handled by the brokers then handed over to Santam legal department. My Car has been written off and locked up at the Towing facility for more then 40 days. My claim was handled by a MORRIS Pule who went on leave without handling my claim, i was revered to a Vonani whom is also on leave, now i have a third person who has no clue what is going on with my claim. I use my car as means of income whilst i am sitting with the inconvenience, everyone is throwing up there hands. I am so disappointing in their professionalism as a company who has the biggest reputation for Customer Service. I will put this on every social media platform i have available because this is unacceptable.
