Santam Insurance claims agent!
Pulane Bawela is the worsttttttttttt!!!!! claims agent there is!
She does not return calls and emails! She's rude and borderline incompetant!
It has taken her more than a month to finalise and get my garage door fixed. She has been giving me the run around. When i ask for her supervisors details i never get them> I cannot believe AON chooses to associate themselves with such!
What horrible service!
