Santam insurance claim not approved

I machiel hendrik de wet have been a client of Santam for 10 years and is very sad that they send people to fix a geyser that has burst.after the installation my pipes started leaking and now after the sealing boards have been removed because of molding they refused to pay the claim or fix the damages that is the fault of the contractor that they send to do the job
