Santam Insurance: - ***: Client: Luthando Mehlomakulu

My insurance is long overdue and I have submitted all required documents that are need including external investigations. Now I am being informed by another assessor to go the site where there was accident and as I was informed that all the information was obtained via my phone and also external investigator. I am currently have no chance to go to the site as I dont have a car and the place visible in accident report. The claim was supposed to be finalised by 07 December 2023 and now they want to see the location which they can go by themselves and check where I had accident.
