Santam insurance claim

I had an unfortunate incident February 2025 where someone hit my car while it was parked. The claim process through Santam was made by my broker Ratang Tladi. He greatly assisted in filing the claim and kept me updated all times, I highly commend him for his professionalism. My car was fixed within 2 weeks and my excess has been paid back. I 100% recommend Santam and Ratang Tladi.
