Santam insurance (bafana masango)
I lodged a claim with santam and the assigned consultant Bafana Masango is avoiding my calls , however when l got hold of him he said the turn around to process the claim amd get feedback from assessor is 7-10 working days l have waited 14 days only to be told to wait another 10 working days as the assesors only received the claim on monday the 26th . This is bad service from the santam l am very dissapointed
