Santam insurance bad customer service

<div>I am having trouble with santam insurance my Nissan np200 was in an accident where a taxi cut infront of me and forced me onto the pavement front suspension damage the damage is R45000 and I now only find out that my bakkie value is at R69000 now here my concern no one has informed me of this my bakkie was insured for over R100.000 before now if my vehicle value drop every year should my insurance not also drop but my premium goes up every year now they want to write off my bakkie what to do my bakkie is my bread and butter and I'm unable to provide for my family i have 2 kids still at school that depends on me this is destroying my life i need my bakkie fixed i pay my insurance every month</div>
