SANTAM INSURANCE
1st agent registered claim and assigned Sipho Sihole. Sipho never called. I called Sipho, 2nd agent answered. 2nd agent assigned assessor in Brackenfell. Assessor never phoned. Called and got 3rd agent. 3rd agent said no assessor assigned and Sipho will call. I'm not sure where I stand with this matter. This is too confusing...
