Santam Insurance are theives

<p>My bakkie was involved in a bumper bashing on the 2/9 , the gentleman acknowledged it was his fault so that was no issue , he asked me to contct his insurance company ( Santam ) and after much aggrevation I obtained 3 quotes they ranged from 10,500 to 13,000 rand , it taken santam up to today to validate the claim , but they offered to pay me R6300 , Ive asked for an explantation , how can anyone justify making an offer 50% cheaper than the quotes Iv received from panel beaters who physically assessed the bakkie </p> <p> </p> <p>Santam are theives</p>
