Santam insurance are ****mers to their third-party whilst their members go free without paying for damages.

One of their client bumped my car in the parking lot whilst my car was parked and I got the quote as well as incident report which was submitted to them by their client she sent me a claim reference number. I called them after 2 days of the reference number for 3 days to their claim department for the whole day n did not go through n no one answers. They're just a **** when coming to claims... Now I have to pay R15k for the damages.. I will definitely put this post up in all social media. I'm opening a case against their client as well.
