Santam Insurance

I am once again here to complain about Santam I am still waiting on someone to call me back on my complaint escalation for the claim ***. I have also emailed Santam internal arbitrator, and no one had the common decency to get back to me. But if I am calling into Santam they are saying my claim is closed. I would personally not recommend Santam to any family and friends. Santam is also refusing to pay out on damage items with our pipe that burst in our shower. Santam I would like to know what should i do with my damage items ?
