Santam Insurance
Hello my fellow South Africans if you ever wondered about Santam Insurance if you should consider them to insure any of your assets PLEASE go and do your home work thoroughly the are probably the worst Insurance company you could find in South africa
I launched a claim on the 25th of September 2025 with Santam it is now the 9th Of December 2025 and still no results no response from Mongamele Mzangwe they dont reply to emails you can phone them then they are unavailable you can ask for Manager Lungi also not answering the phone people if you like to have your money easily taken and think that you are going to get any type of SERVICES from SANTAM INSURANCE you are a fool an you are going to send emails and emails and emails you are not going to get any response from them they are a bunch of *********** idiots without any integrity and illiterate the cannot even reply to emails so my advice is if you see Santam run in the opposite direction trust me you will thank me

NEO MOTLOLI has come back to me with the case nr Cas238304-P1d9q5 and says there never was a claim submitted .........
Now Neo in my previous review I mentioned the 2 very very *********** Santam employee's who has passed the bucket to Dineo Mantjie who contacted me on the 12 of Desember 2025 at 9.55am and also did not have a clue and 15 minutes later I was contacted by Maria Boer on 12 Desember 2025 who I told at the time that SANTAM DOESN'T have a clue what is going on and I requested form both MARIA BOER AND DINEO MANTJE please let the CEO CONTACT ME maybe he will now what is going on in his company but yes people as expected he did not contacted why ?
Reason 1: His staff did not give him the message
Reason 2: He thinks he is to important to call a member of the public ,,,,, but the publics money is good for him each month .
Reason 3: He did get the message and is not man enough to call me and sort out the mess his *********** staff made
So make you choice

You As SANTAM ARE THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER WORK WITH I STRONGLY RECOMMEND ANY ONE CONSIDERING YOU TO GO TO ANY OTHER INSURANCE COMPANY AND TO YOUR CLIENTS I RECOMMEND CHANGE IF YOU WANT TO SAVE YOURSELF A ENDLESS HASSLE
