Santam Insurance

A few years ago I moved my Insurance to Santam, believing they still upheld 'old-fashioned' values such as straightforwardness and honesty. Alas - I experienced a house ******* and have found that I have been paying R300/month for nothing, except transport of goods when moving house. How often will I do that? Apparently the requirements include security guards, electric fences, etc. So, they are able to insure about 0.5% of South Africans if that is the case. So, I tried to contact my closest Santam office, likely East London. The information I gleaned on google is incorrect- the office Santam cklaims is their;'s is actually Cartrack, and they told me that they notified Santam years ago that the information is incorrect on the site. It's been 3 weeks, and no closer to finding out if my claim has any chance of success. Mamparadom comes easily to these arrogant ************. Bruce.
