Santam insurance
Hellopeter. On the 8 June 2019 Santam insurance client drove into me, in the back of my vehicle. I had sent all evidence every thing they needed. My claim number is ***. I have lost my income as my work requires a vehicle. My child can't get to school. Everytime I must phone, when I phone all I hear is we investigating. There client never reported the accident to the Police or to Santam. Only once I confronted him at his home, he then went two weeks later to report it. Santam insurance tells me if they not paying him out they not covering me as the third party. I think this is totally not right as the client has third party cover. I would appreciate it if I can get assistance on this matter, as I am the only bread winner in my house. I lost my fiance last year October 2018 and this is oppressing me very much. ***

18 Jul 2019, 10:05Well I hope this is very soon. I have lost my job and it is almost end of the month. I am most willing to send prove of my clients that I have lost. This matter has put my home in turmoil. It feels like another person died in my home. I would like this matter to be solved, so I can continue to live in peace and love, this matter even hinders my prayers and focus in life
