Santam insurance

Before my fathers passing - hes car was involved in a minor accident that resulted in him calling the insurance company to company fix it. He passed two weeks after the claim date. Santam was immediately notified of hes death and there (santam) had access to one of hes beneficiaries. Instead of informing us that the car is now a write off - there took the car from one place to another without informing us. We have been having troubles renewing the license disc and we expressed our issues with santam. We even asked if there could deduct the license renewal fee, possible fines and penalties that there may incur but there refuse to meet us halfway. All i am saying is that once the policy holder passes on - insurance companies make sure you loose out.
