I recently had cause to lodge a claim for the repair of my motor vehicle, after a traffic accident, with Santam Insurance. I was very anxious about the very stressful experience, and being without transport, but David Ramohlokoana assisted me, and from day 1, provided me with the most friendly, helpful and efficient service. He arranged a hire car, which was delivered to my door the very next day, and when repairs to my vehicle were not complete by the end of the hire period, he immediately arranged an extension.
