santam insurance

My grandpa has been the insurance company over forty years already and we have just received a renewal of the policy last month which my pa never complain and is always on time for his payments, the problem is that we put a claim in and we have asbestos roofing and after review they came back after a month of the claim they rejecting our claim cause our claim is not insured so i revised threw the policy carefully and picked up the building is insured and is on a estimated amount of almost 2 million i think there service is pathetic and need to take in consideration they cant ******* people like that what is the use of paying the insurance.
