Santam Insurance
Been with Santam Insurance for years. Totally disappointed in their total lack of customer care/service. Have phoned, emailed, tried social media and as a last resort even tried messaging the CEO. 8 call agents promising to assist and phone back, still no luck. At this point, would not recommend.
