Santam *****ing money - *******!!

Hi all,

At first, I was happy with Santam everything was insured or so I thought and then Santam caught me off guard. The cats bumped over my TV, the screen is cracked and all of a sudden there is a new option I was not informed of, and it's called (accidental loss) I thought everything is covered under household. I feel like they ****** me as I paid my premium every single month and no one informed me of this **** option. It's *****ing at the highest level.
