I was involved in an accident on the N3. My claim was processed and they had no issues of fixing my car. The problem came in when I cried over paying the access. I stressed that the other driver bumped to me, on further investigating as he presented me with his license, it had expired. When I demanded that I need to at least get paid back the access amount, they came back after 4 months to say I must sketch the accident scene. I told them I reported the matter with the police, sketches were drafted at the time when I could remember. Since then I never heard from my insurer. They couldn’t fight for me, and they are in full support that people can break the law and get away with it and be ****** of our hard earned monies.
