SANTAM INEFFICIENT
More than SEVEN WEEKS AGO my house was ****** and my cars ******. I am insured with SANTAM. I wish it was someone else. I have no car. My claim for household goods is bogged down in inefficiency. Note that this is not because we have any dispute. SANTAM is simply so slow and bureaucratic that after 50 days they have not yet had time to assess my claim.
