Worst service ever. Been with them for over 60 years. I am 82 years old. Quick to take your money. Excuse upon excuse to settle. Pathetic unlisted Loss Adjusters HLA appointed. Manqoba Mashiyane and Dineo Mpanza - totally ***********! Asked for damage report but Service Provider can not supply due to not being able to pinpoint the fault. Claim rejected. Claim nr ***. SANTAM will not follow up on this complaint as they are downright ******* that is exploiting the elderly.
