SANTAM Hopeloss

I was asked to test a client's vehicle and he wants to put me on his insurance, I am with Bryte and he is with SANTAM. The lady sent him a mail and said I am on the red list, till today there is no response from SANTAM. I did not have a motor claim since 1993, and have only 2 small claims in 3 years is there anybody from SANTAM who can help me. I think they put my in a bad position with the client ***
