Santam Home Assist

Utterly unprofessional and downright *********** company,Logged a home assist for my washing machine on Monday morning 17th Aug. Told someone would come during the day No-one arrived and after many calls to and fro left in lurch, Had a call at 4.30 (Reece) enquiring if I was satisfied with the service!!! Said he would call back in 10 mins. To date (4.56 Tuesday) not heard from him.Tuesday 18th had a call from Chantelle. Related story. Then had call from Pro Repair Appliances someone would come out. Arrived 3pm (NO IDENTIFICATION NOT EVEN AN INVOICE BOOK DETAILING ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE!!!) Did a few things said he had reset the mother board - without even moving the machine or opening up! How do you do that? mental telephathy? Said it was fixed. Put in a wash when he had left...lo and behold same problem occurred. Phoned him immediately (10 mins later) went to voice mail. Sent sms... reply he would come tomorrow. This so called service is a total disgrace, I shall be moving my insurance to another company. I have now wasted 2 full days waiting. This is totally unacceptable
