Santam. Here we go again.

When we took our new policy on our vehicles i specificly asked for the waver of excess. Yesteeday when i had an accident with my car the told me i have to pay R5000 excess and this after specificly asked the broker to add on my policy the waver of excess. I tried to make contact with .y broker today on two seperate occasions with nou luck. I will however NOT pay the excess because i asked for the waver. This is how customers are treated. Im NOT at all happy with service they are giving me.
