Santam help and ask questions later

I'm absolutely happy with Santam, my wife had incident with her car. Not in a safe area I must add. I phoned Santam and they assisted without doing security checks only my ID number . They dispatched a selvage vehicle and the car was removed within 30 minutes. I was completely satisfied with the service thereafter. My wife could drive a new car again within 2 weeks of the incident. They gave me the best and lowest full coverage on new car without penalizing for the incident. I will be loyal to Santam for life.
