SANTAM has the worst claiming process & very unprofessional!!

Santam is the worst insurance ever!!! I made a car claim a month ago and to this day they haven't given me the verdict. They are ducking and dyving saying I must speak with the assessor, what business do I have with an assessor they appointed? Worst they have even taken the courtesy car when the claim isn't concluded.

In this while process they never communicate I need to call and write emails and they refer you from department to another.
