SANTAM HAS NEVER LET ME DOWN

On Sunday 16 April I had an incident with my vehicle while driving woman alone at 10pm on the road between Fort Beaufort and Queenstown. My vehicle is insured by SANTAM and I immediately called their SOS line for roadside assistance.

WHAT A PLEASURE to have such a HELPFUL, CARING, CONCERNED lot of people to assist me. On the other side of the phone line I have had Khaya Godlo, I think there was a George too. These gentleman assisted to get me safely on a tow truck in the middle of the night on a dark and lonely road. I SINCERELY appreciate your help. THANK YOU. God Bless you. They even helped me arrange car rental.

Then Nathaly Petersen came along. She is so Tolerant and Helpful and always ready to answer my queries or refer mel to the relevant person. You are also a Great asset to SANTAM Nathaly. THANK YOU for your assistance thus far as well. God Bless you too.

My car is currently being repaired in Grahamstown and Mr Farrall Abraham's is busy with that process. THANK YOU for your assistance thus far sir. I look forward to having my car safely back with me soon as the days with the rental car are soon coming to an end.
