Santam has a very bad reputation Claim number: ***

<p>I was in a accident a month ago. im a single parent living in a high crime area. Santam is the insurance that the other party that drove into is with. Im a third party claim but still waiting for feedback. Saghwee Albertyn is the agent working on my claim but he does not get back to or let me know what is happening! they very bad in communication with third party claims, they dont give you any information. they have no respect for any one and Saghwee Albertyn has no respect for people. he does not have a way of speaking to people. he does not care about customer service... i will never join Santam insurance, i have a very bad experience with them because of Saghwee Albertyn</p>
