SANTAM HARRASSING/BULLYING CUSTOMERS

In Aug I was involved in a minor accident. The lady skipped the stop at the t-junction. She got out and said that she is driving a large vehicle (BMW X5) and I should have looked. The gentleman staying right next to the stop came out as she pulled off and stated that specific old lady and her husband NEVER stops at the stop sign. I reported the case to the Meyerton Police station. Her husband phoned me. He rudely asked whether I had insurance to which I rep**** that I did but asked him whether his wife told him that she did not stop at the stop at all to which he rep**** that she did not have to as she was going straight, and arrogantly said that he will see me in court. Her insurance, highly hostile, demanded that I pay the damage. I again stated that I was not guilty. The legal rep of Santam has now numerously emailed me, harassing me, threatening me with lawyers and court cases. He also said that he will blacklist me on ITC and get a garnishing order against my salary. Is that the way Santam reps work, harassing the innocent parties. I am now reverting to you as my last resort as obviously Santam uses a bullying tactic and does not even take into account the circumstances.
