Santam great service on recent insurance claim after damage cauesed by storm

Santam was the insurers for a claim I had for damage to my roof after the storm in Stellenbosch about a month ago. The service I received from Santam was of the highest caliber - from start to finish, with no hassles. The process to register the claim was seamless and the communication from the Santam's consultant (Kagiso Mahlatji) and their Assessor (Pulane Bawela) were excellent from start to finish. The contractor they appointed, Peninsula Builders, did an excellent job. Thank you for this great service, as one hears so many bad stories about insurers’ push-back when it comes to claim time.
