Santam Goods in Transit Insurance

My company has been paying Santam for Goods in Transit insurance for years. Our insurance broker informed us that the goods in transit are covered from dispatch at our factory until the goods are delivered at the final destination. These goods were ****** from our transporters warehouse. Santam now claim that the goods were not covered, as it was now cyber crime, and they have no intention to pay. What brokers sell and tell you, is not necessary what Santam will pay. As far as I am concerned, Santam should honour the payment to the client, and then claim against the transporter. Very poor service.
