<p>policy number ********** 2222</p> <p> </p> <p>After attempting to resolve my issue with Santam via their call center, having phoned and left messages, sent emails, logged complaints with Hellopeter.com I have yet to have any positive interaction with them.</p> <p>the only path available to me now is to contact the insurance ombudsman have have them investigated for *****. They are deducting premiums I have not agreed to and have told me my vehicle is not insured......I have done everything requested of me thus far....this has gone on over a month.</p> <p>Either they need to hire the correct people/fire the useless people or implement proper systems to support their clients.</p> <p>I am tired of dealing with fools,</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p> <p> </p> <p>Paul</p>

We are really sorry to hear about this. We were told that you were assisted and that the new vehcile was added, the premium was corrected and the latest policy schedule was posted to you.
We have also followed up with them and requested them to make contact with you to discuss.

No the premium still is not correct, one person called me back then never phoned again this was monday....I phoned the ***number twice and left messages for this pesron who still has not responded.
I was requested to send a NCB letter to them whcih I did and then the vin and engine numbers which I did ( which they admited were never requested from me to start with). After sending all this info and leaving countless messages I still get mails from your insure@santam account that my vehicle is still only on quote mode - awaiting outstanding info.
I have been battling with this for over a month and am not interested in trying to explain or deal with anyone at your customer service department anymore.
I am going to the ombudsman and then will stop my other vechiles, house and boat I was going to bring to you as business and will take it all somewhere else.
