Santam Failure to deliver

My girlfriend was involved in a fender bender in April. The idiot who reversed into her, insurance took too long to come to the party, so she claimed from her insurance(santam), until today, has not made a proper effort to extract the excess amount from the offenders insurance, and there is a lack of communication, also, each time she speaks to a different call center agent, she gets different answers from each person. That insurance is delaying the process, and Santam is not making any effort whatsoever with their so called legal department in order to resolve this issue, I would highly advise you not to proceed with Santam as they are a bunch of ******.
