SANTAM Fails to Update Credit Bureau's on Time

1. I keep having the same query, and nothing is being done about it, or SANTAM blatantly just doesn't care. September 2024 + October 2024 payment information has not been sent to the Credit Bureau's for updates, yet I opened my account in September 2024. Why hasn't my payment information been updated for those 2 months? I still don't know.

2. January 2026 is still not updated yet it is already the 13th of March 2026, why are updates slow at SANTAM, yet when you call in they say they will escalate, yet nothing actually happens. This negatively affects a person's credit score & the ability to apply for credit yet SANTAM do not care at all about the ramifications of their actions. Not sure why something so simple should be so difficult to do?
