Santam fails to help

I am writing this review on behalf of my mother whose is 84 years of age she lives with her sister who is 83.My mother pays Sanlam for household insurance. .The outlet pipe for the shower broke of.And the toilet is leaking.We never had a problem with sanlam.New changes were made to their policy. They sent there designated plumbers who conducting an investigation.The plumbers made there own investigation with even consulting my mother.They barged into my mothers house took pictures and left
